To begin a claim, please email Global Repair Group at stationclaims@globalrepairgroup.com and provide the following information:
Main Station Contact for scheduling
Including airline, station name/code, address, best phone number, business hours, best email contact
Please provide any model or serial # information – if available
Please note that upon claim initiation, photos may be requested. Photos provided at the beginning of a claim can sometimes save costs on an in-person assessment.
Any known damages
Upon receiving the above information, Global Repair Group will contact the station within 1 business day.
