President

Michael founded Global Repair Group in 2008, and has been an entrepreneur and business owner for the past 24 years. He is responsible for the financing of Global Repair Group, establishing and maintaining manufacturer relationships, and overall strategic direction. Prior to opening the Global Repair Group, Michael founded The Mobility Shop, a durable medical equipment company focused on providing mobility equipment to patients nationwide.

Michael also founded MCB Hearing in 1994, a hearing healthcare company that focused on providing patients with proper hearing devices. In 2001, MCB Hearing merged with Hearing Healthcare Management to form Avada Hearing Centers and became one of the largest privately-owned hearing aid companies in the nation.

Michael is also an active member of the Chicago chapter of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization.

Partner and Vice President

Sara has over 30 years of success overseeing start-up and mature organizations implementing the operating structures and administrative tools needed to support their business growth objectives.  Sara is currently responsible for the day-to-day management and business operations for Global Repair Group, a national company focusing on the repair, replacement and loaners of assistive devices for airline customers throughout the world.  She oversees all operations management including monthly financial reporting, billing, marketing, payroll, and all human resources functions. Prior to her current position, Sara raised venture capital funding and launched a disability staffing firm headquartered in Denver, Colorado with four additional offices throughout the U.S.

Sara is currently the Chair of the Board of Reading Power, Inc., a two-time mentor for College Bound Opportunities, an active Trustee on the Jewish Women’s Foundation and oversees the Global Repair Group Internship Program.

Director of Operations

Marc joined Global Repair Group in 2016 and serves as its Director of Operations.  He has a background leading teams to success in emergency response customer service, healthcare staffing, and patient advocacy.  At Global Repair Group, he oversees the teams responsible for the resolution of passenger claims, while ensuring that customers receive prompt and compassionate service and communication that aims to exceed expectations at all times.

He is a lifelong Chicago resident and travel enthusiast.
